First Grade Mass
Our next Mass will be on Wednesday, April 28. Mass parts will come home this week.

Reading
We worked on Hard and Soft c sound.
We have also been working on contractions.
Homonyms & Antonyms
Religion
We discussed the bible story of Jesus feeding the crowd. We enjoyed a loaf of bread as we listened to the story.
Social Studies
We continue our unit in Spanish and other cultures.
Science
We have been discussing the 5 senses.
Math
Our test over time will be Friday, May 14.
We will start double digit addition.
Spelling
New spelling words were sent home in this week's Friday Folder.
