Email Addresses/Blog

Thank you for your response to my note about email addresses and the blog. I will continue to update the blog weekly. I also may update it throughout the week if something comes up. If there is anything that needs immediate attention, I will send out an email.

Book Order

The February book order was due 2/22. I only have one small order so far. If you would still like to purchase books from the book order please send them in ASAP. If you need another order form, please let me know. Thanks!

Our First Mass

Our first Mass was a success! The kids did a wonderful job! I have heard so many compliments from teachers and parishioners on how well they did. I am very proud of all of them. Thank you for all your hard work at home. Also, thank you to all of you who came to Mass to support the class.

100th Day Activities

Our "official" 100th day of school was on Friday, January 29. With all of the Catholic Schools Week activities going on, we had to push our activities back a little. We celebrated today with different activities. We wrote about what we would do with $100. We illustrated a picture of what we think we would look like at 100 years old. We thought of and listed 100 different animals. We also grouped the items that you sent to school in groups of 2,5 and 10 for easy counting to 100. We divided the 100 food items among 15 students and had a little afternoon snack. We really enjoyed our 100th day activities!

School Cancelled

Classes were cancelled Friday, February 5 due to the snowy weather. We were scheduled to have a free-dress code day. The office will notify us of the new free-dress code day when school resumes next week. Hope the kids had fun playing in the snow!

Box For Valentines

If you have not already sent in your box for the Valentine's Day Party, please do so by Tuesday, February 9. Make sure your child's name is on the bottom of the box.

Early Dismissal

Reminder: We have a 2:00pm dismissal on Monday, February 8 for teacher in-service. This is a non-dress code day.
